Who processes your data?
Within Gauchy Invest, data processing is limited to authorized personnel and the information collected during the loan application is recorded in a secure computer file hosted in Europe. Information may be transmitted to our collection partners (in particular bailiffs) as part of the management of disputes and/or unpaid debts. Information may also be transmitted to our subcontractors: email sending service provider, telephone service provider, audience analysis services, identity document analysis service, technical service provider. Our service providers process your data securely within the European Union, or in third countries recognized as appropriate by the European Union.

On what legal bases is data processing based?
The data collected via our forms and our service providers are collected as part of the processing necessary for the execution of the contract (study of the loan application file, means of payment), for the purposes of the legitimate interests of Prolend Solution (risk management, fight against fraud, solvency control, creation of scoring models, improvement of the customer journey), for legal obligations and in the public interest (definition of the project to be financed, control of the customer’s identity, solvency control, fight against fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing, publication of statistical studies). With your consent, the processing of data also has the purpose of carrying out commercial solicitations and suggesting personalized offers.
